The highest-performing systems protect focus intentionally.

Multitasking usually isn’t a skill. It’s a symptom.

Everyone talks about multitasking like it's a superpower. But in my experience, it's the fastest way to accomplish nothing.

My philosophy: Maintain momentum by doing less, better.

Here’s how I maintain momentum:

1. Prioritize ruthlessly

I focus on two things: driving sales and reducing inventory. Everything else is secondary.

2. Tackle quick wins first. Small victories build momentum.

I knock out the easy problems first, then use that energy to tackle the hard ones.

3. Protect deep work time

I block time for the complex problems that require real focus. No meetings. No distractions. Just me and the data.

The result? I get more done in less time because I stay focused on one thing at a time.

This isn't just about productivity. It's about strategic thinking.

When you focus on what matters most, you create capacity for the work that actually moves the needle.
