Most operational risk isn’t owned. It’s absorbed.
In 2025, nearly 1 in 3 orders required correction before it could move forward. Missing details. Incorrect configurations. Location code errors.
Catching those issues wasn’t my core role, but someone had to absorb the risk.
Alongside my primary responsibilities, I intercepted 240+ order issues before production, preventing incorrect manufacturing, wasted freight, and client-facing errors, while supporting the processing of ~700 approved POs across broader supply-chain operations.
That’s the Hannah OS™ at work.
Not heroics. Not blame.Just systems thinking, attention to detail, and protecting quality before cost shows up downstream.
